To enable us to deliver Connexions Services to young people and the important supporting services that underpin that work our staff are deployed either in operational teams directly delivering services to young people or in support services that provide across area functional support. We employ over 200 staff, the majority of who are based in our operational areas. They are drawn from a variety of backgrounds, which include those with qualifications and experience in careers guidance, social work, teaching, and youth work for example.
