Careers Solutions has been presented with the BBC People Award for 2007. The award is given in recognition of the contribution of an individual, team or organisation the BBC believes has contributed most to the Education and Communities Partnership during the course of the year.
The award was made to Careers Solutions and Connexions services across the North West for contributing to the BBC Production Apprenticeship recruitment campaign last summer, which generated hundreds of applicants and led to 20 young people being recruited by the BBC and partner media companies. Well done to everyone who was involved in the campaign for making it such a success!
