Careers Solutions recently achieved the matrix quality standard for Information Advice and Guidance services for the external services provided to its clients and partners.
The assessment was based on one to one discussion with young people who use the service, Connexions staff and other agencies providing services to young people.
The report was very positive and the following observation was particularly heartening:
Young people really appreciate having IAG services easily accessible in their neighbourhood and there is good coverage of different ethnic groups, community organisations and different estates in the areas. People appreciate that services are available in places where they feel comfortable.
