Our mission is ‘To enable all young people to make a successful transition to settled employment and adult life’, by providing the Connexions Service in Manchester, Rochdale, Salford and Tameside.
How we will do this
We will achieve our mission by providing, both directly and in partnership with other organisations, a range of support services. These services will be delivered with the ongoing support for every young person from a Connexions Personal Adviser.
